Our panel brought together Esther Tseng, L.A. Food, Drinks, and Culture Writer and Academy Chair for the West Region of The World’s 50 Best Bars, and Kevin Tyler (@thefullbellyblogger), former Beard Foundation judge, writer, and WSET Level 3 trained, for a night of entertaining and enlightening conversation, full of laughs and warm memories that lingered, like a fine wine, long after the night ended.

Food for Thought with Karen & Ernest invited guests to Culinary Conversations — a live dining and storytelling experience bringing together food, culture, and conversation.
Over 5 beautifully crafted courses and curated wine pairings, we dove into the journeys of three trailblazers shaping L.A.’s food scene. Our panel featured Prince Riley of Joyce DTLA, Leslie Jones of 1010 Wine and Events, and was moderated by Mona Holmes, Editor at Eater LA. The evening was filled with fun, lessons, and the kind of conversations that lingered long after dessert.
